BROKER SERVICES

LAWCX does not have a direct broker. These services are provided through membership in CSAC-EIA by Driver Alliant Insurance Services, Inc.

CLAIMS AUDITOR

LAWCX contracts with an independent claims auditor to perform a claims audit for LAWCX as well as a claims audit for each of the members of LAWCX. The cost for the members' claims audits is included within the administrative expenses of LAWCX. Helling & Associates currently provides claims auditing services to LAWCX.

CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT

LAWCX contracts with an independent financial auditor to perform a financial audit for LAWCX. The cost for the members' financial audit is included within the administrative expenses of LAWCX. LAWCX currently contracts with the firm Sampson & Sampson for financial auditing services.

EXCESS COVERAGE PROVIDER

LAWCX currently purchases excess insurance coverage from the California State Association of California Excess Insurance Authority (CSAC-EIA).

INDEPENDENT LEGAL COUNSEL

LAWCX retains the services of Richard Shanahan, a named partner in the law firm of Bartkiewicz, Kronick & Shanahan. Independent Counsel's role is to serve the Board with particular emphasis on issues pertaining to analysis of the applicable law, drafting and interpretation of governing documents, coverage documents, policy and program documents, and vendor and service provider contracts.

INVESTMENT MANAGER

LAWCX has engaged the services of Public Financial Management (PFM) as LAWCX’s Investment Manager.
