Data Submission Thursday, September 09, 2010
Quick Links

Every current and withdrawn member of LAWCX is required to submit loss data to LAWCX. Loss data is used for a myriad of purposes, including underwriting, actuarial reports, budgeting, etc.

Previously, this was a semi-annual submission of data evaluated at June 30th and December 31st for each program year. However, in program year 2006/07, LAWCX streamlined its loss data collection process. This transition requires loss data to be reported monthly per the new standardized data specifications and reporting process previously provided to the members and their third party administrators (TPAs) on December 19, 2006. The purpose of this transition is to streamline and secure the submission of loss information for our clients.
